3. Massage: Just like us, dogs can benefit from a good massage. Massaging your dog's muscles can help reduce tension and promote relaxation. Start by gently petting your dog and then slowly apply pressure with your fingertips, working your way down their back and legs.

To get started, sit on the floor with your dog and gently massage their paws to get them used to the feeling of having their feet touched. Find the quick, pink area of the nail that contains blood vessels and nerves, and avoid cutting into it. Clip the tip of the nail straight across and use styptic powder if there is any bleeding.

Hi everyone, I'm Nick and I'll tell you some facts about cats.

Cats spend around 17% of their daily time grooming.
We can jump up to 6 times our height, yeah our muscles are really strong!
Cats sleep for 70% of their lives. We just like to save energy, we never know when we will need that.
Cats are very speedy, they can run up to 30mph.
Purring means cats are happy, this is a way of communication.
