It is an interactive environment with dogs running and playing together. Dogs are grouped according to temperament and placed in large runs with up to 20 other dogs. Supervisors constantly observe the play in case anyone gets distressed or too boisterous. This form of play satisfies the dogs absolute requirement for exercise, social interaction, and play. After many many people telling us to give it a try, we've done the damn thing and created a gofundme in the hopes that it'll help us (Georgia, Lauren and Alexandra) open our own Dog Daycare.

Since DPC closed down, we have become even more determined to get this to happen. Adelaide is lacking in ethical dog daycares, and we want to change that, because to us your dog will always come first 🐾

If nothing comes of this we won't be keeping any of the donations, but appreciate anyone that wants to try and help out 💕

A night full of tearful goodbyes, we are so grateful for all of you for your ongoing support over the last 8 years. It has been our absolute pleasure to look after each and every one of your dogs over the years, we consider them all our family, and it breaks our hearts to say goodbye to you all.

Thank you for all the fun, tail wags, kisses and pats. We will never forget all of your dogs happy faces.
Hopefully this is a see you soon, not goodbye 💕

Now that we are in April (how'd that happen so quickly!?) we just wanted to sadly remind everyone that we are closing down at the end of the month, with our last day open falling on the 26th of April (the day after Anzac day, which we are closed for).

We are anticipating a big, emotional last week and encourage everyone to get their dogs booked in early, as we want to say our goodbyes to every single one of them.

One of the best things about taking photos of the dogs everyday is capturing some funny moments! 😂🐾

🎄 Blackwood Christmas Tree Festival 🎄 Together with Hills Vet Centre we will be helping decorate a tree for this year's festival! 🎅 The theme of our tree is 'Grateful for our pets', therefore we would like to create decorations of our daycare doggos! If you are happy for us to use a picture of your dog please let us know either in the comments below or when you see us next 😊 Everyone will be able to attend the festival and see our tree Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th of December between 10am - 4pm at the Blackwood Uniting Church. We are unable to give you the decorations as the tree (with the decorations) will be up for sale, the money will be donated to a local cause. 🎄Please note this is separate to our custom Christmas baubles 🎄
