Hi folks Sue Arwen is moving from this home in January and needs to downsize and get rid of items. So last chance to grab some tracking poles before they hit the bin.
I’ve kept a few but there’s 10 of the pig tail posts and 8 of the circle top ones. Let me know if you’re interested or anyone you know who might be interested outside of this group. I couldn’t post on The Tracking Dog Club of South Australia Inc page for wider coverage.

In 2024 22 individual dogs with their handlers achieved 34 titles (15 in Tracking and 19 In Track and Search) ......here are the names of those we celebrate this year. For those who attend Harry Bowey Reserve for club training ....be aware work has commenced in earnest on the tree climb and is progressing quickly. Their website claims they will open December 2024

For those club members who have been attending training at Harry Bowey reserve on Thursdays the landscape is changing. A fenced off construction area adjacent to the playground and barbecue area is designated for.the Tree Climb business. Cutting of branches to suit their use occurred last week and now construction is on in earnest.This business already has sites in Kuitpo and Adelaide and this will make their third. The website says it will open December 2024. Members of the training group think the entrance and first car park may get exceptionally busy....Here are some photos taken this morning

We don’t undertake training in the warmer months as it is not safe to do so both for the dogs and the owners. We are always cautious of snake activity for Tracking and hot pavement and heat exhaustion for Track and Search. Members are reminded that they are NOT to be in any of the trialling areas ...

We are out plotting and Nick found an article in the area opposite Callington Hill.it had been bounced around in the storm and owners know where it ended up...lucky it didn't kill something having crossed the road as well
