Apologies for graphic medical content. For those unfamiliar, I have undergone two surgeries for Chiari malformation. Although surgery does not offer a cure, I continue to experience numerous complications due to the condition. Please be understanding that I have challenging days and am not simply inactive or lethargic (couch potato). I still endure severe headaches that would necessitate hospitalization for many individuals and heavy pain medication for relief, as well as neck issues, vomiting, balance problems, visual disturbances, and various other debilitating symptoms.

Edit. Although I did not want videos or photos taken at the time, I wish I had proof of what my life was like before the first brain and spinal surgery. Where I had to use a walker to be mobile in the house let alone going out which could require a wheelchair and someone to push it, where I struggled to form words let alone a sentence, had to force my body to remeber how to walk, use arms, use a fork, feed myself and do normal things that most take for granted, as my spinal cord and central nervous system were being crushed by 22mm of my brain (its not a tumour! if you read that it Arnie’s voice yay), how I lost my independence, had people made decisions for me that I didn’t totally agree with, and had to rely on others to help do simple things like go food shopping, make drs appointments. Where my eldest son was shipped off to his abusive father for a school term to ‘help me’ and then had his own issues and therapy to deal with.
Don’t judge unless you know

Honeybee on Heartsease (viola tricolour)

Flowers are great eaten raw as garnishes for salads and soups and can also be crystallised as decoration.
Topically heartsease infused oil is good for skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, warts and can also be made as a rinse for dandruff.

Without having to change my phone number, as had it since 2015. How do I stop phone calls and messages including whatsapp I get for a Mr and Mrs John Davis or Davies? I advise that they have the wrong phone number, I don’t live in Victoria and I should not be getting contacted by Baiduri bank or son Fox’s school, or the Victorian council about energy saving equipment, for them.
I will not pretend to be them either. It’s now getting to be harassment

Much thanks to my parents for storing my caravan in their driveway, for the time that it had to be moved. I forgot gratitude for those that helped during a difficult time a few months ago, it was greatly appreciated.

Requesting understanding over the next week. I may experience a slight delay in responding to door inquiries for honey sales and conducting apiary checks. Yesterday, while installing shade cloth around one of our apiaries unassisted, as Cody is currently in America attending his best friend's wedding as the best man, I suffered an accident that caused my hip to subluxate due to my pre-existing medical condition, hypermobility, which affects the collagen in my joints. Consequently, my mobility is temporarily impaired. I am endeavouring to maintain my usual schedule, complete the shade cloth installation, and undertake our honey extractions. I kindly request patience and understanding as I gradually regain my mobility without requiring a complete cessation of activities to rest and recover.

On the 11th day of the 11th month we remeber them.

In attempting to follow proper protocols, I am endeavoring to collect a swarm of bees that have gathered in a tree on a council verge. I contacted the City of Port Adelaide Enfield council to inform them that the pickup would occur at dusk, but was instructed to remove the collected swarm immediately. This directive contradicts recommended best practices, which advise waiting until dusk when all bees have returned to the hive to minimize the risk of disoriented bees causing public disturbances. I will proceed with removing the nuc containing the swarm and apologize to the public in advance for any potential issues arising from displaced bees.

Council please advise lawn mowing people doing verges that there will be displaced bees on west side of Blyth st around native frangipani apologies for the inconvenience.
