Metro Mutt Dog Salon Metro Mutt Dog Salon offers a range of grooming styles and techniques all personalised to your dog in Animal Husbandry and experienced in animal first aid.

Established in 2007, Metro Mutt Dog Salon was purchased in 2023 by ambitious youngsters Taylor and Caleb. Taylor has many certificates pertaining to animals such as a Cert 3. She is also an experienced trainer as her pup Kyra has many accolades to her name, featuring in both the movie ‘The Tourist’ and a recent ad campaign with the CFS. Possessing plenty of experience grooming, both at home and at

professional salons, where she was employed before purchasing Metro Mutt. Young and enthusiastic to make Metro Mutt their own, Caleb and Taylor are more than willing to accommodate for your furry friends needs and are always striving to give you the best service.

The beautiful Anok having a pampering this week. We were closed today, if I missed your call. I'll try to get back to you tomorrow or Monday.

When you leave for 2 weeks, someone is glad to see us home. We are still on annual leave today, back to work tomorrow. With having to reduce appoinments for the girls to manage due to staff sickness we now have a back log. If I missed calls from anyone while I was away, we were in a remote area of Australia and even we were shocked to not have any reception between 3 carriers, so sorry, absolutely nothing we could do. Open tomorrow from 8.30am

Welcome Angus for his first Bath, after being a manicure only boy for many years, yesterday he came in for the works, a true pampering

What a placid girl, couldn't catch her beautiful singing.... stage fright. Lovely miss Lady.

Took miss Juno for a day trip to our block yesterday to meet up with some trades. As it was also our wedding anniversary a sneaky champagne picnic was our treat. Juno loves her beach times and as you can see, she is the champion at chasing birds. Well that was the way we enjoyed the Last Day of Summer. Autumn is here and this is the best time to get those maintenance clips done to keep your pup looking their best. For dogs that shed we do advise that once a season you groom your dog. A reminder we are running the salon now on a 5 day a week basis so that creates more wait time. We are closed today, with the phone transferred also having a mini break next weekend for the long weekend for a 40th and a wedding. Easter is only 5 weeks away and for that we are taking a holiday of 6 days off to give me and my staff a well earned break after having no holidays at Christmas, so please plan ahead. As the year progresses we are planning a bit more holiday time. Last year was so taxing on us all and we took virtually no time off due to Covid uncertainty but this year its going to be different. Our work life balance needs to change. Holidays are planned for July and September. Ph 82404244.

Anyone else own a nutter of a dog that loves doing early morning woozies! Our beautiful Juno obviously has way too much energy this morning and clearly needs a big walk. Ph 82404244. Appointments available from 29th onwards. Have a great Sunday.
