'Leacy's Pet Sitting' was created to provide owners with a quality pet-minding service while they are away, offering daily in-home pet care visits. Whether you are taking a well deserved vacation, work long hours, are in hospital, or away on a weekend trip...most pets are happier kept in the familiarity of their own home environment when their owners are absent. I have extensive experience with a

broad range of pets and am able to care for an assorted range of animals including but not limited to dogs, cats, birds, fish, rabbits, you name it. I understand doggy behaviour well and have a diploma in Canine Behaviour Science and Technology. I can guarantee your fur-baby will be very well looked after, played with and given lots of love and attention by me while you are away, so you can come home to a happy and contented pet. I send regular text updates and photos so you can take comfort in the fact that your pet is being well cared for :)

What is included in a home visit:
-Feed your pet/s
-Change their drinking water
-P**p scoop
-Take out solids/change kitty litter
-Spend time bonding with your pet/s…this can include cuddles/pats, throwing the ball, engaging in play time and any other activities which you specify that they enjoy.
-Bring in your mail and newspapers
-Put out and bring in rubbish bins when required
-Water pot plants and small garden areas and any other small tasks you wish me to attend to, in the time allocated.

Meet Freddy and Scotty. Two spoodles I looked after and walked this weekend. Freddy had only ever been left alone for 3-4 hours before so his owner was a bit nervous about leaving him at home for a day and a half, but he did great!

It’s been a long time in between posts. I have had a little break from social media over the last 18 months. But I’m still here and have still been doing plenty of pet sitting during this time.

Here is a photo of a beautiful cat named Smudge, whom I am currently looking after. She enjoys her time in the garden when I come to visit. Almost as much as I enjoy visiting her and the lovely garden her owners have created with hundreds of gorgeous flowers currently in bloom. It makes for the perfect backdrop for Smudge. Although I do think her eyes take the prize for the most stunning thing in this photo.

Oh my gosh! Check out the cutie I get to play with for the next few weeks!!. 9 week old cavoodle puppy, Arlo. Seriously, I love my job.

Getting my cat fix while looking after 5 resident cats. All different personalities. I let the cats decide if they want to interact with me or not. Some want a scratch on the bum and others prefer to wait until I’ve gone before they come out to eat.
