Leewood Burmese Cats Leewood Burmese is in Adelaide South Australia. We specialise in the pastel colours, raising our kittens in our own home for superb temperament and type.

Our passion is for the O gene, producing creams, reds, and torties, our own pride of lions. I'm Michelle Hinder, and I have been breeding and showing beautiful Burmese cats for over ten years. I am an All Shorthair Judge with the Feline Association of SA. I am very active in the cat fancy in South Australia, and am very passionate about all cats. My cats are very successful show cats, and are beau

tiful house pets too. I raise my kittens in my home, as family members, and this assures that they will have an outgoing and friendly temperament when they join their new families. I attend all Feline Association of SA shows, and also attend the CCCA National Show each year with my cats. My stud boy GDCH Leewood Billy The Kid was Supreme Exhibit at the Royal Adelaide Show in 2014, and has many other Supreme in Show wins, as well as winning Kitten of the year. I am extremely proud of all of my cats. Change of venue for the CCCA National 2025

Please be aware that we have changed the venue.

The venue is better suited - better for public foot traffic, is air conditioned, bigger so no capping of exhibits.

Accomodation that we know people have booked is within an hours drive, and it’s fairly straightforward route.

🎉🌟🥂🩷NZCF Cat of the Year 2024 Awards are done, huge congratulations to Ross Townshend and Bronwyn Main on their smashing debut year with Freddie and Ginger.

The kids ended up with Ginger Best Cat, and Freddie 3rd Best Cat of the Year.

We are so proud of these kids, and so grateful to their owners for exhibiting them with such pride and care.

How beautiful is this little guy?!

Peaches’ little baby boy is four weeks old. He was an only child, and I’ve been hand feeding him all this time as her supply of milk dried up very early. I’m so proud that he made it this far. It was a difficult birth, and though she has no milk, she has a lot of love, and is taking good care of him otherwise.

🌟Royal Adelaide Show 2024🌟

Big updates after finals day on Sunday, but Friday was Burmese Day at the Royal, and our little Starla was the Judges Encouragement Award winner of the day! This is her last show with us before she goes to her new home. She’s been a wonderful fun kitten to show, and I’m sure she will make her new family very happy🩷

I love how my girls love each other. Our chocolate tortie ‘Little’ and blue tortie ‘Tortie’ delivered their kittens 3 hours apart in a very hectic middle of night 12 days ago. Leewood Burmese Cats
