We want to thank you in advance for your understanding as we navigate some unexpected staffing challenges tomorrow (Friday). I am currently away, and our amazing team will be working hard to get everything packed and ready for you as smoothly as possible.

🌟 Exciting Growth: This year, we welcomed new local suppliers, added even more weird and wacky stock, and continued to offer trusted favourites for pets of all kinds.
🌟 Educational Focus: Sharing advice and insights has been at the heart of what we do, empowering you to make the best choices for your pets and helping them live their happiest, healthiest lives.
🌟 Wellness for All Pets: Our Pet Deli Wellness Room was renamed and reimagined to support your pets holistically, offering a dedicated space for their health and well-being.
🌟 Reaching More Pet Lovers: Deliveries to Mount Gambier are now in full swing, bringing fresh, quality pet food to even more of our valued customers.
🌟 New Additions: We installed new Fridge & Freezer Rooms to expand our fresh food range and added solar panels to power Pet Deli sustainably.

On a personal note, I am incredibly proud to see Pet Deli grow closer to my vision of creating a welcoming space where pets and their families can truly thrive, supported by holistic care, quality nutrition, and a strong sense of community. Hi everyone,

Just a friendly reminder to plan ahead for the holiday season to make sure your pets are well-stocked and happy over the break! 🐾

Fresh food will be unavailable for up to two weeks over Christmas and New Year as our suppliers take a well-deserved break. If you haven’t already, now is the perfect time to start increasing your orders—especially if you have freezer space.

✨ Key Dates to Keep in Mind

Last fresh food orders: Available until Saturday, 21st December
Fresh food resumes: Starting again from Monday, 6th January

🎄 It’s Time to Start Planning – Christmas is Coming Up Fast! 🎄

With Christmas just around the corner, it’s time to plan ahead to ensure your pets stay well-fed and happy throughout the holiday season! Our suppliers will be taking a well-deserved break to spend time with their families, which means fresh stock may not be available for up to two weeks during the Christmas and New Year period.

But don’t worry - frozen supplies will be fully stocked, and I’ll do my best to keep our freezers packed to the brim! 🐾 We strongly encourage you to start stocking your own freezers now to make sure your fur babies have everything they need. Don’t leave it to the last minute and risk missing out!

📅 Last Fresh Food Orders:

The final days to grab all your fresh food supplies will be Friday 20th and Saturday 21st. After that, only frozen stock will be available until after New Year’s.

📅 Christmas Week Hours:

Monday 23rd & Tuesday 24th: Open 10 am – 2 pm
Closed: Wednesday 25th, Thursday 26th, and Friday 27th
Saturday 28th: Open 10 am – 2 pm

📅 New Year’s Week Hours:

Monday 30th & Tuesday 31st: Open 10 am – 2 pm
