Please keep your pets safe on NYE 🙏
In the days leading up to NYE, I always get upset thinking about all the pets who will have a dreadful night because of the fireworks. Many pets panic and a lot get lost. Sadly, many get hit by cars and never make it home. It’s heartbreaking 💔

PLEASE Keep All Pets Indoors
• Bring them inside early, long before the fireworks start.

Close Your Blinds and Curtains
• Blocking out the flashing lights can help

Mask the Noise 🎶
• Play soothing music, or keep the TV on to help drown out the fireworks.

Have Someone Stay With Your Pet
• is there a friend or relative who can keep them company.

Create a Safe Space
• Set up a cozy, quiet area with their favorite bed, toys, and some treats to help them feel secure.

Chat to a vet
• your vet may recommend natural supplements or medication

The most important thing is to make sure all pets are confined and safe. This is also a good opportunity to make sure their ID is up to date.

This is a desperate plea to find loving homes for Brax on the left - Great Dane x Wolfie X Catahoula & on the right is Koda. She is Wolfhound x Bullmastiff 💔💔
They are good around kids, good at the vets and around other dogs. Not used to chooks and don't walk on lead very well. They're both approx 12 months old. Yes they're a decent size but they're lovely dogs who deserve a permanent, loving home!

As part of our Community outreach we've been assisting ppl that are homeless or on the verge of, with rehoming, food and trying to find adequate accommodation for them and their pets. Their Dad has found somewhere permanent however he can't take his beautiful dog's with him. They don't have long as they're temporarily in a friends yard who is moving soon! Their Dad will get them desexed through our Health care card program.
It's been rough for so many ppl, particularly the last few years. We understand and want to help ease this major burden. If you are looking for a fantastic doggie or maybe two please msg the page with a CONTACT NUMBER 🙏

A beloved 12-week-old blue heeler puppy, Dinghy, has gone missing under suspicious circumstances in Port Douglas. 🐾

His owner fears he may have been stolen and is now possibly in Airlie Beach. If you've seen him, his distinctive kinked tail makes him easy to identify. 🙏
