The AEC is again hosting Katherine Outback Experience , need a little something for Christmas these tickets would be a great addition . I saw Tom at equitana and was a great snippet of his show ,fun for all the family . APC will be doing a sausage sizzle and the coffee /ice cream van will be there .

It’s Show time , how’s your measuring certificate , expired , or haven’t got one , AHA have measuring at there hack day on the 20th Oct , starting at 7.30 am to approx 10.30 am , when they think all are done they will pack up so don’t dilly dally . Those riders competing on the day will be given early preference ,present in a bridle , no rugs or bandages and bring your old certificate if you have one . Cost is $15 . This is the only measuring till next year so mark it on your calendar.

Final round is fast approaching , if you have points check them out on the website , our hi point senior and junior will be decided after this event. Round 3 get your entries in . Anyone can enter , combination of a short course of show jumps and xcountry jumps,and being able to ride 2 rounds is a bonus . And other half of arena level up ,last thing replacement of back indoor arena door as it was completely rusted away

Volunteers spent tireless hours painting the fence at the front of the grounds enhancing the look , very disappointed to see that people are putting their muddy boots on the rails to mount their horses , we have mounting blocks at the entrance so please use them . Beautiful day at our fantastic grounds . Remember if everyone does a little it doesn't leave the heavy load to a few that always do it all . It's seems it easier to step over all the sticks on the verandah and paths than give a quick sweep . We normally have community people than help keep things tidy but they have not been for a while . So have a go sweep the verandah , take some sticks to the burn pile around the yard area , don't just step over them , please help our club look fantastic .
