The down side to last night with Betty going up a grade. While doing a puppy recall which involves moving quickly backwards I caught my heel and down I went threw out my left hand to help save a fall, to no avail. Wacked the back of my head on the ground no drama but my left wrist by midnight was hurting, this morning red and bruised as well as swelling.
Saw the GP this afternoon so here I am in emergency for x-rays. The result of Xrays 2 broken bones in wrist so I got plastered.
