Unfortunately, due to last minute cancellations resulting in loss of income I have had to implement a cancellation polic

y.

 If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
 If you cancel your appointment on the day of the appointment or are not available you will be required to pay the full cost of the grooming fee.
 Payment for services is required on the same day of your appointment. There are no exceptions.
 Please arrive at your allocated appointment time and collect your dog when asked.

I hope you are all keeping dry. We have no power or internet here so I am cancelling tomorrow's bookings. I can't get into the booking app to see who is booked in at this stage. I will be in touch with a new booking for you as soon as I can.

With regard to the cyclone that is predicted to head our way in the next day or so... I've decided to adopt the "wait and see" approach and take each day as it comes. If I need to rebook anyone it would be to Tuesday/Wednesday next week. I will contact you directly if need be.

Please see attached images regarding parking at the salon. Please do not stop in front of the carport for any length of time. My family comes and goes during the day and have often had to wait for customers to move. You can park in front of the salon or any other free area in the street, just not the carport. Thank you for your understanding ❤️

My family and I really enjoyed seeing so many people join us on Sunday afternoon to remember Margie from Margie's Small Pet Minding and meet her family and a few workmates and customers. We heard stories from her son Nick and his fiancee Kelsey, Margie's workmates (she was a ratbag!!) and a couple of her customers. It was obvious she was loved by many. RIP sweet lady.

A little about me and what I offer:

Hi, my name is Kerry and located in Redland Bay, covering as far as Eagleby to Wynnum! I have a passion for dogs and grooming. I trained in Melbourne, am insured and super keen to pamper your beloved pooch. I have had dogs since my childhood and have two Pomeranians who keep me entertained with their antics.

WHY PAY A GROOMER? How many times have you battled with your reluctant dog to get them in the bath or laundry tub? Water everywhere, not enough room, then you have to chase them around the house to dry them! With prices starting at $35 for a bath, treat your dog to a warm hydrobath and nice warm blow dry! They will come away smelling fine with a yummy treat!

For as little as $60 depending on the size of your dog, you can treat them to the Supreme Pamper Package with a full clip on top of the basics I offer.

Keeping your dog clipped, clean and happy all year round is important for their health and happiness.
