So, yet again I've seen a little dog being walked on bitumen and concrete in the middle of the day 🤬

WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?

If you do, for some reason, need to take your dog with you, carry them for goodness sake.
These temps are from 12.30pm today, current temp outside 37 degrees... not even the hottest part of the day yet!

Every year many of us post about the heat, but it seems to fall upon deaf ears and blind eyes. It's heartbreaking and infuriating.
It's not only the ground temps we need to worry about with our furry friends but the rising heat from the ground also, they are closer to the ground than us so receive even less air flow/breeze down there so panting in stinking hot air does little to help cool them!

With all check ins and outs done for the day... we will be closed this afternoon so our guests can stay cool and receive our undivided attention.

Just a reminder, you're dogs don't wear shoes and are much closer to the ground and pavement heat. Don't be a do*****ag and walk your dog!

We do only open restricted hours from 20th Dec to 20th Jan, as we have done for almost 20 years, so we have more uninterrupted time to spend with our Christmas guests!
