🚨 In December and January we will only have 1 vet on (yes also working 24/7 as she will be also doing emergencies).
🐕 Very limited appointments available on a daily basis.
🎄 The hospital will be closed from Monday 23rd December 5pm with no emergencies available until Saturday 28th December 8am.
🩺 For all emergencies please call Alice Veterinary Centre on 8952 4353 during this period.

If you are worried about your pets tonight why not have them boarding with us?
Avoid the fear of them going missing. We can keep them safe for the night.

To our dear clients,
As you all know, our Vet Hospital has been for sale for over a year. Our page has been inactive for this amount of time due to staffing issues but also because we thought would be closed by now! 😅
Please be reassured that we are still open as usual until the hospital will be sold and we will keep you updated. 😊

🤩 We are looking for a super star receptionist to care for our super star clients!
You MUST have good attention to detail and be able to follow instructions (hint: read to the end of the ad!) and:
• Be passionate about customer service - this is a client-focused position more than a patient-focused position and should not be seen primarily as a pathway to veterinary nursing.
• Have a pleasant phone manner and outstanding communication skills.
• Speak fluent English.
• Be reliable, friendly and collaborative.
• Be self-motivated and show initiative.
• Possess an intermediate to advanced level of computer skills (essential).
• Be able to multitask calmly under sometimes stressful and emotional conditions.
• Not be afraid of cleaning up after our patients - many of whom are sick or injured.
• Be available to work week days 9am-6pm plus reasonable overtime if we are dealing with emergencies or complex cases.
