Highlands Mobile Vet has a new addition! Meet Dr James, our Lead Cattle Veterinarian 🐮

Dr James offers services including Cattle Pregnancy Testing, Artificial Insemination Programs, Bull Testing, Cattle Lameness Examinations, Trace Mineral Testing and much much more! There is more information on Dr James and his background on our website should you wish to know more!

Emergency livestock consults will still be shared with Dr Eden (as she's not willing to give them up that easily 😜).

Please note that Highlands Mobile Vet will be closed very briefly over the Christmas Period from Christmas Eve to Boxing Day. Should you need to refill any of your pets long term medications, please ensure this is organised before Friday 20th December, otherwise they will not be able to be collected until after Christmas 💊

Yesterday evening Dr Eden was called out to see a lovely cow who was suffering from a severe case of Milk Fever (hypocalcaemia). Thanks to her owners quick thinking, Maggie made a full recovery and was up nursing her calf before Dr Eden left 🤍 These photos were taken just over an hour apart 🐄 💉
