Itβs great when a plan comes off and this one has been a couple of months in planning. Actually about 10 months in the making.
Michael Cornell and I had chats at the Port Lincoln races last year where we both agreed that she was a Adelaide city class horse. With the delay of the Port Lincoln season, the stars aligned to get her over to this side of the state.
We couldnβt have been happier when we got the phone call!!!!
Michael doing the pre training at home and then sending her to us in a wonderful condition to put on the finishing touches before her first start this prep.
The skyβs the limit for this little mare that might potentially see her head to the Strathalbyn Cup and then back for her home town cup at Port Lincoln. But what we know with this little horse, with her big heart and turn of foot, she will only need a sniff and she will be in it at the end.
Congrats to Brooke King - Jockey for the wonderful ride and Michael Cornell and Alison Lear for entrusting us with your little horse thats has a big heart and with a little side of attitude.
