🚨 Important Microchip Update for Pet Owners 🚨

The company HomeSafeID (Microchip Pet Registry) has gone into receivership, and the future of their register is uncertain.
This means they may no longer maintain their microchip database.

To ensure your pet’s microchip remains active and up to date, we strongly recommend transferring their registration to another database.

At our clinic, we use Central Animal Records.
You can register your pet’s microchip easily here: https://car.animalrecords.com.au/

Not sure where your pet's microchip is currently registered? You can check here: https://petaddress.com.au/.

Keeping your pet’s microchip details current and registered with a reliable database is crucial for their safety and for reuniting them with you in case they are ever lost!

Please email us or call if you are unsure of your pets microchip number.

Meet Snow – a beautiful Siberian Forest Cat with a heart as pure as his fur ❄️

A Survivor, A Sweetheart, and Ready for His Forever Home!

Just a few weeks before Christmas, this sweet boy was brought in with a heartbreaking diagnosis: a blocked urethra caused by painful urinary crystals. His devastated owners were heading towards euthanasia. But Snow’s story wasn’t meant to end there…

Thanks to the compassionate Dr. Claire, who couldn’t bear to see this gorgeous boy lose his chance at life, Snowy was given a second chance. Despite multiple catheterizations over the Christmas and New Year period and every medication available, Snowy’s blockages kept reoccurring, and it became clear that we needed a more permanent solution.

Three weeks ago, Dr. Mason performed a delicate procedure called a urethrostomy, which removed the narrow part of his urethra where the blockages kept forming. The surgery was a success, and Snowy has made an incredible recovery. Today, he’s healthy, happy, and ready to find his forever family.

While he’ll need a special prescription diet for life to prevent future crystal formation and will require a urine check every six months to ensure there are no infections, Snowy’s gentle nature and loving spirit make him worth every bit of extra care. In return, he promises to fill your life with love, warmth, and the softest cuddles imaginable.
Snowy is a fighter, a survivor, and the most loving companion you could ever ask for.

He is waiting for a family who can provide him the care he needs and the affection he deserves. Will you be the one to offer him the forever home he’s been waiting for?

Come meet this incredible boy and let his gentle soul work its magic on you. You won’t regret it.

We could watch them cuddle and play for hours!

Ideally, we would absolutely love to see these two girls to be adopted together… 🤞

Please give us a call if you would like to meet them, and are interested in adopting one or BOTH of these little ladies ⭐️

Meet Lily 🪷

Lily was found hiding in an industrial area with her 3 babies (Cinnamon, Mint + Basil)
We estimate she is barely a year old herself!
Now that her babies have begun to find homes, Lily is looking for a forever family of her own 🏠

Her foster carer tells us that she is a sweet little lady, fond of kids and not bothered by noise!
She loves a pat and cuddle, but is not a huge fan of being picked up at this stage.

Lily is best suited to a dog-free / cat-only home 🐾

If you are interested in adopting Lily- please give us a call on 9593 1797

We’re kicking off our 2025 Cat Adoptions Program with: “The Spice-Girls”🌶️
~Mint, Basil and Cinnamon~

As the name suggests, these girls have a little bit of sass to them; they will need a confident and patient owner to warm up to, preferably a home with no young children.
They have had a rough start to life, and deserve a fresh start! (New year, new beginnings!)

They will be available to adopt from Monday 6th January.
Please call us to arrange a meet and greet if you are interested in adopting! Phone: 9593 1797

2024 has been a huge year for our Cat Rescue/ Adoptions program.

This year we have re-homed a total of 83 cats !!!(77 kittens, and 6 adults)

This wouldn’t be possible without our amazing volunteer foster carers, who always open up their homes; and of course our dedicated vet nurses who have had countless sleepless nights bottle feeding and caring for orphaned neonate kittens throughout this year.

A huge thank you also to our Facebook community for helping to share our adoptions posts and spreading the word to help find our fosters their forever homes!
