Appreciation post for this sweet boy Sam!

When he first started coming to us he was petrified of the floor due to hip issues and constantly worrying he would slip and fall. He wouldn’t walk or stand on the floor at all! We would have to carry him from the front door to the bath, to the table for drying including changing the towels underneath him once they were damped as he would panic and begin to shake, complete his groom and carry him to the front door for his owners to take him to the car.
We are so so proud of Sam, the last 2 times he has been to us for his grooming he is now happy and comfortable enough to walk in the floor, starting to socialise with other dogs, he no longer requires towels on the floor or table! Last groom when his mum picked him up he strutted his stuff and showed just how happy, confident and comfortable he is with us! Check out his smile!

We are absolutely honoured to have the privilege to groom Sam and watch his confidence grow! 🥰🐕

Even though it’s starting to get cold, these beautiful double coated dogs still need grooming!!
They need help to get rid of the dead coat! All shedding to get ready for winter ❄️
