Kenny
Kenny made Redwood day super special for us two years running when he scored his 4th win in a row on Sunday. It was a super drive by James Herbertson and we are thrilled with what Kenny has been able to achieve this preparation.
Gee Cee Calder
We are so proud of what Kenny has been able to achieve in the last few months, particularly on Monday where he brought up his 3rd win in a row, breaking his own track record in the process. Thanks to our newest facilities at Evolution Lodge, Kenny is racing more than 40kgs heavier than his last preparation. His work routine of treadmill heat work, swimming and water walker sessions has enabled him to add and maintain a greater amount of muscle, without putting extra pressure on his legs. Go Kenny! #evolutionlodge
Kenny
Kenny was the star of the show again with a great all the way win at Yarra Valley today. He is a stable favorite and we all love him dearly. A big thanks for a fantastic drive by James Herbertson
And two races later the little pocket rocket Alma made it back to back wins for herself and brought us a training double. A big congratulations to Brad and the family on another great effort by their special girl.
We are very proud of our old boy Gee Cee Calder who won today at Yarra Valley. He has been very consistent this preparation and he put his best foot forward today rating 1.57.5 and smashing the track record by nearly 3 seconds
Alma
We are super proud of the little pocket rocket Alma ‘Mumpaysthebills’ winning at Bendigo last night. A big congratulations to her loving owners and a big thank you for trusting us with Alma.
Evolution Lodge stage 5 is finally complete!
The wet area is finally in full use.
Our next wave of 2YO trotters are ready for the runarounds. Roxy and Raven will finally be launching their campaigns in the coming weeks and will hopefully be worth the wait🤞
Distant Sun
We are very proud of Joey winning first up at Cranbourne last night. He still has a bit to learn but we love him to bits. Also a special mention for Kenny who was sooo close to winning his first metropolitan race at Melton on Saturday night running a great second.
Sunday mornings
Sunday fun day at Evolution Lodge with our racing team of 5 and V.I.P guest Tango splashing their way through the weekend. We only have a small racing stable of trotters but we are super proud of their efforts with 4 of the 5 being last start winners and Kenny being sooo close running second beaten a neck when he started off a big handicap. Fingers crossed for a big finish to the rest of 2024!
Ollie
Ollie’s weaning process on point as he learns patience on the walker with a nice view
Distant Sun
We are super proud of our 2nd 3yo trotter for the season Joey ‘Distant Sun’ winning his first race at Cranbourne last night. He is the first winner from his dam Itsgettingcalder and we can’t wait to see his development as he matures and grows into his gangly body.
