A great, natural way to help deter them from your chicken coop is to grow "smelly" herbs around your chicken coop. These include Thyme, Calendula, Lavender and Basil.

Did you know that your chooks will benefit from a high protein feed during Winter?

- Laying hens naturally moult (shed their feathers) each Autumn and they require protein to grow new feathers
