FUR HUGS Dog MInding

I grew up with two German Shepherds and was one of those kids who would pat every dog no matter the breed with absolutely no fear. I still do but at least now I have learnt to ask permission first and observe the dog's temperament and body language ;p

In 2018 I decided to set up a casual dog minding service to give me every opportunity possible to cuddle and love as many dogs in my neighbourhood

as I could. I studied Animal Studies at TAFE so I could gain some formal qualificatoons and work experience in a doggy daycare setting and then applied for all the required council permits. My husband and I bought our current property and fenced it with the business in mind. If you need someone to genuinely love and care for your precious furbaby while you're away please don't hesitate to get in touch. I understand that your dog is part of your family and will treat them as if they are part of mine when they are in my care. I will stay in regular touch with you by providing photos and updates throughout the minding period. I will seek all your vet information and your dog's medical history so I can be sure to immediately get care for your dog if I am worried about anything. I have a police check and will arrange to meet you and your pets before you lock in anything formally. I want you to feel comfortable leaving your pets with me as I know I certainly wouldn't leave mine with anyone I didn't trust. I require your dog to be fully vaccinated, flea treated and wormed if they are staying short term at my house as I have two dogs myself. I also require a full medical history printout from your vet, especially if your dog is old or has had previous illnesses. I will not board dogs that have shown any aggressive behaviour in the past to other dogs/people (as I can't risk my own pair being harmed). Check out the different services I offer.
