Bindi has a nutritional balanced diet and also physical schedule to keep up with to keep her in optimal condition. We have added a new piece of equipment to her schedule and have started teaching her how to use it correctly to build strong core muscle strength.
This isn't quite how you use it Bindi .... but definitely an improvement from her running away from it when it first arrived 💪
