⭐️ MAINS GUN DEALER - HSH⭐️

This gelding is a good, solid type with a great depth of breeding. Has been used for stock work and is a sensible, honest horse.

The sire of this horse, Mains Sh**un, was Champion working ASH at Sydney Royal. He won the Maiden Series Silver Plate at ASH Nationals. Won and placed in many open, novice, ladies, junior & juvenile drafts. He won and placed in numerous Challenges. Was Champion in Led, Hack & Working in the showring. 🌟

This young gelding was first shown as a yearling at the ASH National Championships in 2023. He is a sensible horse with a great, willing attitude. Should mature around 15hh.

The grandsire of this horse, Mains Sh**un, was Champion working ASH at Sydney Royal. He won the Maiden Series Silver Plate at ASH Nationals. Won and placed in many open, novice, ladies, junior & juvenile drafts. He won and placed in numerous Challenges. Was Champion in Led, Hack & Working in the showring. 🌟

Northern Branch ASHS committee would like to thank Mains Stock Horses and The Mains Family for their support and sponsorship towards the upcoming Northern Branch Show that will be held in Gunnedah on the 9th and 10th November 2024.

The Barraba Rotary Campdraft was recently held at Burindi Station.

Mains Statesman had full scores in the round and final of the Novice Campdraft and placed 4th in the final. Statesman is standing this season for live cover and AI.

Thanks to the committee, judges and the staff at Burindi for another great draft.

At the end of July the Australian Stock Horse Society held their National Campdraft Championships at Goondiwindi. Mains Stock Horses took four horses and all were capably ridden by Phil Main

The three mares Main Dusty Reflection, Mains Dusty Contender and Cee Dee Harmony competed in the first and second rounds of the Maiden Series draft, the Mare draft and the Novice draft.

Mains Statesman competed in the Novice, Open and Stallion drafts.

Out of the 12 runs, Phil had 11 outside scores!

Mains Dusty Reflection (Mains Reason x Korak Dusty Lady) progressed to the final of the Maiden Series and, with another outside score, had an overall total of 250 points. Out of the 189 horses that competed in the Maiden Series, Reflection finished 9th overall. A fantastic result for a 4 year old mare with only 2 previous starts.

A great couple of days in Goondiwindi. Thanks to the organising committee led by Lorna Fanning, Catherine Smith, the judges, sponsors and cattle donors.

Finally a chance to update the page with our results from the ASH Nationals held in May in Tamworth. We took two horses, MAINS STATESMAN (Hazelwood Congressman x Mains Charm) and MAINS DUSTY REFLECTION (Mains Reason x Korak Dusty Lady).

Really happy with how both horses performed and capably shown by Phil Main. This was the first time that Phil had ridden Statesman and the second show that Dusty Reflection has been to.
