Had another cream litter born a couple of days ago, this beautiful little crested sow, and she had a another crested sister who has a half white crest so I may have a project on my hands and try and breed a showable American crested cream 🤭

We have had two litter born in the last two days, a beautiful pe cream litter and a pe white litter.
They are absolutely stunning and am excited to see them grow. In the pe cream litter we have a total of four with a Cres cream boar, self cream boar, Cres cream sow and a Cres pe white boar. 🥰
In the pe white litter, there’s three little babies. Two satin boars, one crested, one self and a self sow. 💗

Beanbags first litter has arrived and has a sheltie son that looks just like him! These babies arrived early this morning. First time mum is doing amazing with these little boys - Sheltie Boar and a Coronet boar. Most likely both unfortunately won’t be able to stay as I am keeping to many boys from recent litters but will see 🫣

A couple of weeks ago we attended the double show hosted by the capital country cavy club at a new venue in Belconnen Canberra. Was a great day with some lovely judges all the way from QLD, thank you again to the judges and all the club members! It has been a great show season 2024 💫🤩🥰

My long hairs listened when I said I haven’t had any babies in a while. Last Monday I had two more surprises from a sow who has been looking chubby for a while, who had a texel boar and a sheltie sow.

This morning Little bee had three beautiful babies, two coronets, one sow and one boar and a sheltie boar who is a stunning colour! 😍

Two longhair litters 🥰

As soon as I say I haven’t had a long hair litter in a while, I had two a day after each other.
I had a surprise baby on the 9th who is a merino sow, and the next morning black pearl gave birth to her big singleton coronet boar who is identical to his dad 😆😍

🏆National Show 2024🏆

A couple of weekends ago we headed off to dubbo for the National cavy show!
It was my first National and I loved it.
We took along 7 and all but one got a little trophy on the day for either best or reserve of breed 🥰
Over the moon with my pigs, was so unexpected as some classes there was a lot of beautiful cavies😍🥹

Yesterday I was pleased to see the arrival of some pink eyed whites out of one of my champion boars - South Coast Wilfred. Two little satin self boars but still happy that they are big and healthy.

Was so over the moon with all my pigs, my satin and creams are doing really well after years of persistence to improve my lines. This weekend three of my cavies got their championship points which is also very exciting 🥰

Had a big new arrival today, also another one that I didn’t think would arrive so soon.. I think my pigs are just fat 🫣 she is a self pink eye cream sow, who is quite light too which is nice to see.

I had this beautiful big boy born this morning, was a bit of a surprise as I didn’t think the mum was so far along. So glad to have another coronet to the family and are now the majority of the stud ❤️
