Dad, son and half-brother share dinner!
Pipersrun Captain Thunderbolt, Pinehill Captain Moonlite (son), and Pinehill Lonigan (out of same dam as Moonlite) share dinner. These three are so easy to have around!
We use ‘hay high’ to help our ridden horses develop and maintain strong and supple top lines and cores. Here is Jack working at his haynet using his back, neck and core muscles naturally. It’s made quite a difference to his ability to work and carry himself.

Trying to get some video of the youngsters on a gorgeous late winter day (though it felt more like spring!). Pinehill Captains Lady (Morgan x ASH) leading the way, with Pinehill Bold Jack, Pinehill Halcyon Days and Pinehill Captain Moonlite. Lovely babies (and teenagers!). ❤️
Ah, Oliver. Special pony. 🥰
Hallie and Sandy join Pants and Tandy in the bigger paddock. Excitement!
More Pants footage. Key features: Peron’s Tree Frog calling from the fence post next to me, and Pants still hasn’t figured out how to eat. 🤷🏻♀️
Pants is out in the big paddock now. I think mum is pretty happy to have some room to move!
The kids coming up for dinner on a rare sunny winter’s day! Getting a good work out up the hills. These guys are for sale if you’re looking for some quiet young horses.
Moving paddocks is always fun!
I took this video of Andrew Bowe assessing Jack’s weaker hoof. This will give you an idea of the level of knowledge and theory that goes into professional Barefoot trimming.
