The Animal Welfare League Truck is visiting our region to offer free assistance with Vet checks, Microchipping and Vaccinations.

The dates and times:
🐾 - Ray Goodman Oval, 8am to 10am Tuesday 2 December
🐾 - grass area at the cricket oval on Bently St, 12pm to 2pm Tuesday 2 December
🐾 - Gunnago Park, 8am to 11am Wednesday 3 December

For anyone wanting to know what a strip is as aposed to a grooming. A strip is me using all the brushes and combs to get rid of any undergrowth hair. This can sometimes hurt the dog as it pulls at their old fur. Now this process can take upto 3hrs, hence I charge $85 for the 1st hour & $60 for every hour after. This is very strenuous on me and the dog, hence why I encourage regular brushing. A full clip on most dogs is about an hour unless they have felted. Which is charged out at the same rate. These are examples of a strip I did today. This is not too bad, I have done worse.
