A little size comparison of a rabbit vs mini!
Left is Faramir, miniature, who is 5 days younger than Duke, a rabbit (kaninchen) dachshund on the right.
730g vs 430g
Size in rabbit dachshunds to determine if they are the “correct” size is not by weight, however, but by chest circumference. Females have a chest circumference up to 30cm, males up to 32cm. Because they are smaller around the chest, they tend to be smaller overall and thus weigh less. :)

The beautiful Winter nuggets. Now 8 weeks old this week. Some of the cutest puppies I’ve ever had, they’re so sweet and calm. 💕

Emiko’s little Moulin Rougue babies. We lost Satine, but little Paris, Duke and Christian are going well. Duke is still needing some support and care. 💕
