Hello Furfamily
We are fully booked for the remainder of the year! I can't believe it 😯
With most of our beautiful furbabies on regular schedules, it doesn't take long to fill up the calander! I have now closed my books to new clients so that I can focus on being available to our existing clients.
A reminder that a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. This is to ensure that all reserved appointment times are full. When there is a cancellation within the 24-hour window or a no-call, no-show, you will be asked to pay the full fee of the booked appointment time prior to making a new booking. I am always happy to reschedule where possible and can almost always fill any gaps with enough notice. I know this can be upsetting at times, but a cancellation policy is the best way to protect my income and ensure all appointments are full.
