A very big congratulations to Pearl and Missy Moo for their appearance at Canungra Show yesterday.
It was the first show for them both and they handled the experience like absolute champs.
It was a real family achievement and you all should be very proud.
That white ribbon looks good on you Pearl!!

The smile says it all!
It’s hard work and can be frustrating but then boom… is that what you mean!
No slamming on the brakes or running into things, forgetting how to bend around a corner or even finding the right canter lead 🤣
Watching Mitch guide Little Red man through the learning process brings lots of laughs and smiles and looking for wood to bash your head on.
Little Red fella does our heads in but he is trying to please.
Still a way to go but you did good boys on so many levels.
A great effort given he couldn’t do a trot pole a few weeks ago.
Surely it’s not too late for Paris.

It’s been a journey and a half big fella.
Plenty of nips, kicks and tantrums but at the end of the day, we got through it all.
Such a sweet man who does everything he can to look after his rider 💙🦄💙
I know you love the kid (yes that’s you Mitch) more than me but at least you like me now 🤣

Well it was a rough ending for the end of 2023 and the start of 2024 for so many in SEQ.
We have been so incredibly lucky missing the tornado by a whisker and even with the dumping of rain we have come through beautifully.
So by all accounts it was a good ending and beginning.
Here’s to a great 2024!
Thank you to all our lovely clients for a great year of fun and laughs.
Now the rain has stopped let’s jump on into it! Remeber it’s 70cm even if it’s not 🤣

Hi All
By all accounts we have been lucky at the paddock. Rain by everything intacted and all 4 legs are on the ground.
Phone signal is gone at the paddock so don’t panic if you can’t get me.
Horses are fine.

A great day today with people everywhere enjoying the cooler weather and ground that is a little softer!
Mitch had a big win with Sky One today.
Sky came to us a few months ago and he has been a big puzzle with lots of pieces missing.
Plenty of talent, plenty of scope, plenty of energy, having some beautiful training for so many hours into him and the ability to lose his brain randomly for no reason.
We’ve tried lots of different things with improvements off and on
Today he held it all together for about 30-45 mins A PB for him since being with us. He was pretty well faultless.
Mitch has done a great job with him with his gentle but confident ways.
With all things crossed he will continue with his progress consistently, getting calmer and being able to control his brain bit by bit.
He is a good egg even if he was a little scrambled, cracked and slightly fried 🤣
It’s nice to see Mitch enjoying horses like him the way I do. It can be frustrating and hard work but once it starts to fall in place, it’s one of the best feelings ever.
Baby steps teaching him to relax will hopefully pay off.

When a beautiful storm comes with the much needed rain and then the best part…. Happy Horses!
Arnie & Skye One had not long gone into this paddock and I think it’s pretty obvious they like their new play ground 🤦‍♀️🤣
Sometimes when you stop and watch you can see it’s just what they love to do… Run.
Still even run the rail 🤣
