Today we had the pleasure of helping a pumpkin farmer that faced challenges with getting his produce sold in chain stores. He then tried to sell his produce by the road and our council shut him down. He reached out on our local community page and we saw an opportunity to help him and also a lot of people who rely on . So we bought (store price) over a tonne of pumpkins and watermelons and delivered them all to with the farmer.
It’s a win win in our eyes and we are so thankful to be able to support a farmer directly and then also support the wider community via the community kitchen.

Just a reminder to shop local, and if you can get your hands on farm direct produce, you have no idea how much that helps them keep going. And as always, remembering there are a lot of people in our community who are stuggling to feed their families, so if you are blessed with some abundance, then please think about donating directly to .

OG feature dog 🐶 McCoy 🐶
This handsome Belgian Malinois has been coming to us for 7 years. He is an ex military doggo but retired into the care of his wonderful owner Matt and has lived a pretty epic post working dog life. McCoy has boarded with us for long stints and has stayed a total for 300 days with us. They are in our top 1% of clients and they are extremely special to us. McCoy has a way of melting everyone’s heart and is truly a special doggo! Matt and McCoy do not live locally to us, however he still drives him long distances to board with us! We are so honoured to know he wouldn’t take him anywhere else. These guys have been with us from the start, literally (203rd client on our system)! Thank you Matt & McCoy for all your support over the years 🐾❤️

We’re on the hunt for a passionate Animal Care Attendant to join our amazing team.

What is an Animal Care Attendant and why are ours amazing?
Our Animal Care Attendants are responsible for ensuring our guests have the absolute best stay possible. They handle all playtime and enrichment activities, feeding and treats, cleaning/hygiene and everything in between. They are basically our guest’s best mates while their humans are away on vaycay. They TRULY love pets, they are the definition of fun, they are passionate, they are kind, they are THE BEST.

Here’s the lowdown on what you need to bring to the table:
• Confidence, calmness, and compassion for our guests and their adoring humans.
• A keen understanding of dog body language and willingness to continue to learn from our Head Trainer.
• Top-notch administration skills - because behind the scenes excellence is key.
• A hunger for knowledge and a willingness to master our front desk operations.
• A dash of creativity, we always love to hear our team members idea’s.
• Reliability, honesty, and integrity - the trifecta of professionalism.
• Stellar communication skills to ensure seamless teamwork and happy pets and parents all around.
• Previous experience within the animal industry is preferred.
• Bonus points if you hold a Cert 3 in Dog Training and Behaviour (but don’t panic if you do not have the experience or qualifications, passion and willingness to learn is all we ask).
