Exciting news today! Aurelia has gone on heat!! 😁 this will be her first litter at 3 years old and she will be crossed with Leonardo, our beautiful longhaired blue and tan piebald bred by the amazing Slinky Squad! I am BEYOND excited for this litter so let's pray for a successful pairing 🤞❤️

Brown rice, carrots, sweet potato, pumpkin, peas, optimum small dog breed biscuits, tuna with raw beef, chicken and kangaroo mince! Serve with Natural Animal Solutions omega 3, 6 and 9 oil 😁

Well these 3 ferals decided to go and roll in the dust resulting in a very late bath! They then proceeded to tear the house apart 🙄
All 3 were extremely pleased with themselves!

Today Leo went in for a pre mating vet check, and of course passed with flying colours! He's such a beautiful boy and I can't wait to see the gorgeous pups he produces!
Thankyou to Blayney Veterinary Hospital for making sure all my dachshunds are in tip top shape!

Ever wonder what it's like to DNA test 5 6 week old puppies? 🤦‍♀️ HUGE thanks to Jamie from Dashing Dachshunds for her assistance today! She has been such a huge help to me, your knowledge and professionalism is truly admired!

Mopping floors is more fun with 5 little sharks chasing the mop!

Its been a huge week for the puppies! At 5 weeks old we have started stress management, crate training and introduction to water as well as increasing socialisation, they were very excited to meet Daisy the cat! I've started introducing our home made dog food into their diets, a mix of rice, vegetables, fresh mince and puppy milk! They will be sprouting up like weeds now! Today they had their very first bath, then celebrated by napping in front of the heater! I can't believe in 3 weeks they go to their new homes! I will miss them terribly but I'm so excited to watch them embark on their new adventures and grow into remarkable dogs! Their families are eagerly awaiting their arrivals 🥰

The puppas are on the move!! Aurelia is absolutely in love with them, she will lay there and play with them, and she is so gentle with them! Leo is terrified of them, ironic seeing as though 5 weeks ago he was that size 😂 they're just the cutest bunch of tail wagging loves! 🥰
