Went back to some basics with riv this afternoon to Help build some muscle balance and bend ,a little Counter flexion and bending some poles and circle work ,Getting him move off my legs and using himself a little more ,he didn’t like this to start with but he definitely tried for me ,that’s all I can ask for just little steps at a time something we just need to practice 🐴

A nice ride down the river this week riding one and leading Tommy, had a play in the river and a swim lad over Tommy and he didn’t seem to mind so I thought stuff it we have all the basics and trust I’m getting on 😬
First ride bear back and he took everything in his stride had a nice swim then rode him all the way home I am very happy,this guy has come so far 🥰🐴😊

Not sure how put I manage to fit a ride in with out getting wet☔️ I’m so happy with Marshall a couple days off as he was starting to get sore and sh*tty as hasnt been work for over 6 months back into it today taking everything in his stride nice and relaxed walk ,trot and canter nice and soft on the arena even walked straight over the mattress 😍🐴👌
