Patrick and Emily have spent the last 4 days in Queensland, at the National AIRR and Tuckers Pet & Produce Member Conference.

Great times were had with suppliers and other independent stores, whilst working on ways to better serve our community and you, our customers with better buying and new products.

Thanks to Charlotte, Sophie and Jayden for looking after things the last 4 days.

We're seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team. What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- A passion for rural living and/or agricultural experience (the latter is preferred but not essential).

- A forklift licence (preferred but not essential).

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.

- A commitment to teamwork and contributing to a supportive workplace culture.

What You’ll (Do but not limited to):

- Tuesday to Friday every week with a potential for weekend work.

- Greet and assist customers, providing excellent customer service.

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking products as needed.

- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, unpacking, and storing inventory.).

- Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.

- Ensure products are stored and displayed safely and attractively.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Assist in setting up promotional displays and merchandising efforts.
