📍Important Message - please read☺️
📍There will be no appointments until around early September due to other commitments.
I will do my best to accommodate everyone as soon as possible when those appointments come available later next week. I will announce here. Being on the cancellation list won’t guarantee the next available spot for you as that list can be 20 people or more long - you are best to try jump on an appointment as soon as you see it advertised.
📍I have 90 doggo clients on my own and also have a large increase of new clients, so please have patience - I will get to your lovely pooch as soon as I can☺️ in the meantime brush,brush,brush! Makes it more comfortable for your dog and easier for me at the groom.
📍I am unable to personally advise people that I have posted dates due to having 90 clients - it’s just impossible. Clients without Facebook will be the only people I will be contacting.
📍If you are more than 15min late dropping off your pup you will need to re-appoint, no exceptions! I work back to back with grooms and it unfortunately sets me back from starting another dog if late and can put my whole day out.
📍Please collect your pooch within 10min of my notification to collect. I don’t have space to hold them for too long and I need to clean and sanitise my work space before I see the next dog. Occasionally I run late with difficult dogs, and I will advise you of this if the case.
📍Please appreciate there are clients that travel in from surrounding towns for an appointment and any delay in drop offs or pick up’s can cause them delays travelling home. I understand delays occur on occasion, just let me know.
📍If you know of clients without Facebook please forward the message on. I do my best to confirm bookings 1-2 days before your appointment.
