Imperial Horse Floats would like to introduce you to Horse Trainer Rachel Nash and BBPG Banjo the Brumby.

We are so pleased to sponsor this duo to help Rachel transport Banjo down to VIC for the EQUITANA 150 day Brumby Challenge!

Here is some info and photos of the training so far. Please get behind them and vote for them in "The Peoples Choice Award"

"Rachel is one of 14 professional and non-professional trainers chosen for this years CopRice Australian Brumby Challenge, hosted by the Victorian Brumby Association and partnered with EQUITANA and CopRice Feeds.

The challenge is a 150-day competition, and each trainer takes a wild and completely unhandled brumby home and returns to EQUITANA in November for a grand final to demonstrate the progress and transformation of the Brumbies from “Wild to Wonderful”.

Rachel's personal philosophy in training horses is underpinned by patience, respect, and trust. The Brumby that she was matched with is a 5 year-old Barmah Brumby, BPPG Banjo. What started as a slow and humbling journey with Banjo, is now a strong partnership and with only a month to go Rachel feels ready and excited to get to EQUITANA to show Banjo as a willing, safe and confident horse.
