Just wanted to give a shout out to our clients who have been so understanding and supportive with the staff sickness we have been dealing with lately.
We are excited to announce that Brooke is pregnant but unfortunately is suffering from bad morning sickness and is bed bound most days. We have had to cancel or reschedule a lot of people's appointments and being the busiest time of year it's been a struggle to try and get everyone a spot before Christmas. Our other wonderful staff have been working overtime to help accommodate but unfortunately, some clients may miss out or be moved around multiple times. We do apologise to anyone who has been affected and are doing the best we can in this silly season.
We have also had to sacrifice doing Christmas photos and gifts this year as everyone is run off their feet trying to prioritize the bookings we have.
We hope things will be back to normal next year but until we know when Brooke is feeling better we won't be taking any future bookings with her. Our other groomer has appointments available from mid January.
Our current and new stuff will be undergoing extra training to ensure that everyone gets the same great service and quality grooms you all know and love, even if Brooke can't be here as much.
