With dedicated goals to preserve and protect this breed. Tibetan Mastiffs are a wonderful breed, our purpose here at Nyxborn is to produce not only the healthiest Tibetan mastiff but also the best of balanced temperaments. Each process, is meticulously analysed. Not only do we deeply understand our animals ancestries up can in some cases can go back 20 generations, with great documentation, with p

hotos, and breakdowns of features, health or temperament.. We go above and beyond with our health tests. The pairings used for breeding must far surpass the breed average in quality, in Hips, Elbows, eyes, thyroid and heart with supported DNA testing for proof of lineage. We also enact the same strict temperament testing protocol to make sure we can assign each pups ability and personality to the best possible home. we compete in a variety of sports to not only prove our dogs quality but also to give each of our loving family members, important life experiences to also watch them enjoy life to the fullest. events such as lure coursing, sprint dog, IGP and conformation. and soon to pick up sports like tracking, obedience and weight pull amongst others! At Nyxborn not only are our pets family, but hopefully you will be too. :)

It’s a real shame I missed the Brisbane Royal Show this year due to work commitments. It’s always an incredible experience, especially enjoying those special moments with PYTHOR and the enthusiastic crowd that loves him.

However, this year, a fantastic family and their stunning dog took center stage and stole the show!
MAGNI truly lived up to his namesake, being the God of Strength and the son of THOR, and made a remarkable impression.

At just 12 months old, MAGNI achieved an impressive feat:

This weekend another amazing thing occurred!
Many know of Dindee one of the gorgeous girls from the BUSHSONG PYSHA litter who got an amazing home in America.

Greg of Bushsong made the massive journey to handle this gorgeous little lady!!

💜 Bushsong Pysha Heavenly Dindee 💜

Location: Timonium (Maryland USA)
Main event: Tibetan Mastiff Specialty Show, sponsored by 'American Tibetan Mastiff Association' > 31 of the best TM'S in USA.
Plus 2 x Baltimore County Kennel Club shows (1500 entries each show)

At the Tibetan Specialty, Dindee (9mths) awarded 'Winners Bitch' (best non champion female).
Amazing experience to be in ring for Best of Breed run-off with young Dindee and 26 other TM'S > 20 of who were American Champions.

For the 2 x Baltimore County KC shows, Dindee awarded TM winners bitch at both shows.

And at the end of march at 8 months of age won her first 3 point major over mature competition!!

Great achievements for young Dindee on her way to her American Championship and great experiences for Lynne and Greg
Thank you again to owner Lynne Corkery Sullivan ,for all you have done, especially giving Dindee a wonderful life and allowing Greg to attend and handle such a beautiful puppy !!!

Over this weekend a very special achievement for the BUSHSONG PYSHA litter occurred, not only for my dream goals but especially for the history of Tibetan Mastiffs.

The Legendary Magni has excelled at his wonderful talents and acquired a new title !!

🌩 AUS CH BUSHSONG PYSHA SUNFIRES DREAM "SWN" 🌩

Magni is the first Tibetan Mastiff to earn a scent working title! Following in his dads footsteps leaping into the realm of sport with gusto!!!

I couldn't be more proud of his owners for showing and competing in sports with Magni, I'm so glad I found a family who has the same dreams and aspirations, you've proven the exceptional utility of the breed and he's only just turned 9 Months old !!!

I can't wait for the future, only greatness is ahead Greg Green!!

Magni and Grahame also being awarded 2 x 'Best Minor Puppy In Group' wins this weekend.

Whilst in South Australia:
Rigel - 'BushSong Pysha of Rigels Comet' also awarded 2 x 'Best Minor Puppy In Group' so far this weekend.
Also;
Luna - 'BushSong Pysha Luna Lights' achieved Best of Breed this morning, injust her second show weekend, ahead of her more experienced brother Rigel. Second time she has achieved this, just to let Rigel know he won't get it all his own way.

To cap of 2022 our very first year of showing dogs. Pythor stepped up to the plate, and has made the NYXBORN family so unbelievably proud, he has done absolutely phenomenal not only for a young pup against incredibly strong mature competition, while also being a rare breed, and out of coat for a majority of it! BIG MRUBIG AUS CH TEMZIN Kumaster Red Heart. i went into the year hoping to win a single ribbon and rosette to just end the year with. With over 50 ribbons/Rosettes ( some sadly lost to a ravenous puppy 😮 ) and managing to place #1 Rising Star Tibetan Mastiff Australia 2021, 2022 #3 Rising Star QLD UTILITY GROUP 2022 #2 SHOW DOG of the Year Tibetan Mastiff Australia 2022 ( while still a pup) #21 Utility Group - Queensland Overall!! and notching his first 2 Royal BOB !!! i cant wait till he matures!! Bring on 2023!!!

Both Pythor and Figgy spending an awesome day hanging out with a variety of breeds and a variety of sizes. So much fun!

Socialisation to loud and sudden noises and many other things are very important for your dogs to grow into confident and calm family companions. But also greatly reduces the risk of cases of anxiety, fear, or worse injury and a possible escape. In my area so many dogs escape due to storms and sadly not many return. ⛈ Pythor has grown to love storms and always wants to go out in the rain. Sadly phones don’t pick up the thunder, but the final clip literally shook the house.🌧
