Earlier this year heaven gained the cutest little angel. Fraser, my best friend for 17 and a half years but still not long enough 💔🪽

Everyday I miss his little jump into my arms as I picked him up, his scoff at me to hurry up with his food and his ridiculously long sleep ins that would have me run late to everything!

He was the funniest and most chilled out dog ever. He was so lucky to be loved by my family and friends, our Doggi community and had so many fans on social media. We miss him everyday 🌈

Want to know the secret to a successful walk?

The walk starts at home, the minute you pick up the lead. The dog should be calm when leashed, walk toward the front door calmly, sit and give eye contact at the door and only walk through on your invitation.

Assess their energy. Are they calm or are they frantic and anxious? If they are the latter, slow the whole process down and try again.

Taking a frantic, anxious mindset on a walk could result in pulling, reactivity or just make them feel even more nervous.

Taking a calm mindset out is going to nurture pack drive and be a much more pleasant experiance for the dog and owner!

Did you know dogs need at least one hour of exercise per day. More if you have a working breed or are going through behavioural issues such as separation anxiety.

Our favourite ways to exercise are pack walking, biking, scootering, swimming and off leash hikes 🩵

Good dogs wear muzzles 🫶🏻

Hank is a good boy who gets fearful. When he gets scared, he claims space by moving forward. Whilst he has never bitten, he wears his muzzle as a preventative. He is always advocated for at Doggi, we never let any dog invade his personal space or sniff him for longer than 3 seconds so he can feel safe with us.

Thanks to Hank’s mum for being such a responsible dog owner and muzzle training 🩵🩵
