I recently met Jasper and his family, and I’m not sure how they get anything done with this handsome man around!! We worked on some walking disengagement games and management around the home.

I appreciate everyone’s lovely support and understanding, I hate sitting still but recovery is my main priority for the next few weeks. My response times and check ins won’t be as fast and regular, but I’m looking forward to being able to work and see yourselves and your sweet pups 🫶🏻💕

The very handsome Hank and I went on a nice sniffy walk this morning before it got too hot ☀️ Hank also showed off his beautiful loose leash walking which his parents and I have been working on for a few months now 💛 I absolutely love this big fella!!!

Today I met the DEVINE Mochi and Floyd 🤍🤎
Mochi has very big feelings about people walking past his fence line and has recently begun his behavior medication journey 🧸 Mochi’s Mum has been so dedicated in exploring lots of different resources and techniques but today we worked on putting them all together for the right game plan.
Was an absolute pleasure meeting this dynamic and delicious duo, I can’t wait to hear how Mochi goes! 🫶🏻

Today I met little Coco 🌸💕🎀🩷
Coco is such a well behaved little girl! She is coming into her teenage and secondary fear period and has become quite spooked by people at the front door, we worked on some management techniques to help set Coco up for success when guests or family members arrive and as they walk around the home 🏡 can’t wait to hear how this cutie-patootie goes!! 🫶🏻

Very excited to announce I’ve joined the team at Yeronga Vet and will be running puppy classes along with in person 1-1s based in the clinic (great for our worried at vet doggos), in home sessions will continue as usual 🩷🩵

This handsome boy is Danny, Danny is a country boy 🤠 who has been finding walks through suburbia a little overwhelming. We are trialling driving out to some parks and football fields to give Danny some quiet places to explore, sniff and run around 🌲 looking forward to catching up with Danny and his family in a few weeks to have some park fun! ☀️

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Tank 🐾 Tank is a teenage pocket rocket who LOVES people and other dogs, we worked on some walking techniques and recall games 🫶🏻 Tank is lucky to have a super dedicated Dad who has already trained the important foundations of learning and is ready to slowly add in distractions of the outside world 🌏 can’t wait to hear how this little guy goes!

Sometimes it’s not about how far you walk, but what you do during that walk - training, sniffing.. a sniffy walk can be more tiring than a 5km walk! 🐾

As a pet professional I think it’s important to highlight our own animals aren’t always perfectly trained!
Just as I thought we were getting a handle on Tyrion’s separation anxiety, one day I had lowered his situational dose and saw him on the table 🫣 sep anxiety isn’t a linear progression and can take lots of time and patience.

There’s no party like a kelpie party! I had the pleasure of meeting little Sunny this week and reunited with Milo who I had met when he was an itty bitty puppy! 🐾 Sunny is a country gal who’s now living the suburban life and has settled in beautifully to her home 🏠 we introduced some engage and disengage games to help her on walks to ignore her triggers. Can’t wait to catch up with these cuties again soon! 🤎💛

This week I had the pleasure of meeting Yuzu and Yogi 🤎
After an unfortunate string of scary off lead dog incidents and months of behaviour modification by his lovely owners, Yuzu has begun his behaviour medication journey! We caught up to organise some management techniques for some upcoming changes 🏡
I always have a soft spot for the anxious doggos, and was honoured to have Yuzu sit next to me and take some yummy chicken and chunkers 🫶🏻
Looking forward to seeing how his handsome man goes on his training journey, his owners will be documenting it on their Instagram .yogi.bear 🤍

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Cricket, Cookie and Cassie 🦊 each pup had their own goal, minimising barking, disengagement games, or creating a positive experience with grooming.
