Puppy spam..

I brought out my bagpipe practice chanter to play a few notes and was so disappointed to see the pups trot away in horror. They're all named after bagpipe tunes so this was not the reaction I was hoping for.

Lowchen in art. Looking at artworks from previous centuries, we can get an idea of just how old this breed is.

The first artwork, "Martyrdom of Ten Thousand Christians", was painted by Albrecht Durer (German) in 1508. He included Lowchen in some of his wood carvings, but I think that may be a little white Lowchen in the very bottom right of this painting.

The curly haired Lowchen, "A Seated Lowchen", was painted by Florent Richard de la Mare - he was a French artist and lived between 1630–1718.

Adolf Ulrik Wertmüller (Sweden) painted the boy and the Lowchen in 1786.

Meet the baby daddy! 🐶

Gorgeous Buzz is a 16 month old who comes from UK and NZ champion lines. He is a happy, laidback boy who loves a game of fetch in the backyard and will always bring you a toy when you walk in the door. Buzz wasn't quite sure about the puppies at first, but as they got older, he loved the extra playmates! ❤
