ATTENTION ALL CLUB MEMBERS - NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - THURSDAY 17th October 2024 at 7:30pm - at Marchant Park, Chermside. This is your club - come and have your say. Consider nominating for a Committee position!

Club positions up for re-election are:- PRESIDENT, VICE-PRESIDENT, TREASURER, SECRETARY, COMMITTEE MEMBER, TRIAL SECRETARY, TRIAL MANAGER, TROPHY OFFICER, MEMBERSHIP OFFICER. Nomination forms are available from the sign-in desk at the club every Monday night. All nominations to be submitted by Monday 17/09/2024.

TROPHY CLAIM FORMS ARE NOW AVAILABLE AT MDOC INC.
CLUBHOUSE COUNTER. CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE CLUB TROPHY OFFICER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER 31/10/23
This allows time to get our request/order in to the Trophy Supplier at an extremely busy time of the year for them.

ATTENTION ALL CLUB MEMBERS: Please be advised that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held on Thursday 26th October 2023 at 7:30pm at Marchant Park. If you would like to nominate to hold a position - please have a financial member of the club nominate you by completing a nomination form (located at the clubhouse). In order to hold an EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE POSITION you must be a current member of Dogs Queensland and MDOC Inc. In order to hold a Committee position of the MDOC Inc, you must be a financial or Life Member of the club prior to the close of nominations. Nominations close 26th September 2023. Please see us at the counter for more information.
