We're a boutique pet accessories brand based in Kedron, Brisbane! Selling a range of pet accessories for cats and dogs. We've recently opened our own retail store within our warehouse.We are on the hunt to find a motivated Full Time Retail/Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Operating shopify systems.
Fulfilling orders within our warehouse and organising and barcoding stock.
Assist in managing and replenishing stock and contribute to a well organised warehouse / retail store.
Receiving and processing incoming stock.
Face to face customer service.
Actively and passionately sell on the shop floor and help contribute to store sales.
Ensuring store presentation is always immaculate.
Must be able to interact with dogs.
Always maintain a positive and can-do attitude.

The skills and experience you offer us:
Previous customer service OR warehouse experience is required.
Good organisational and time management skills is a must.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with an attention to detail.
You are motivated, enthusiastic and have a positive can-do attitude.
You are committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Be a tidy worker who is punctual and reliable.
Works well independently but also as part of a small team environment.
Is able to take initiative.
Please note, this job will require helping fit dogs with our harnesses & collars so you will be working closely with dogs.
