Please note that appointments with the owner, Keiko, are limited and cannot be booked online. If you wish to schedule an appointment with Keiko, please contact us directly.

Dear customers,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to inform you that I, Keiko, will be taking a well-deserved break for two weeks starting from March 13th. This will be my first time off in four and a half years, and I'm excited to spend time with my family in Japan.

Additionally, please note that our shop will be closed for the Easter holidays from March 29th to April 1st. We will reopen on April 2nd. As Easter is a busy time for us, we recommend booking your dogs in earlier to ensure we can accommodate everyone.

I’m Georgie, I am the new owner of Hound Hair. Hound Hair has been running for the past 18mths under the amazing owner and creator Nicole. I love the boutique and welcoming atmosphere she created and I aim to keep that same relaxed and friendly environment. You may see different faces but I promise you, it is the same professional, high quality stress-free standard you have come to know and love.

As dog owners ourselves, we understand, that leaving your fur babies with a stranger can be quite daunting, but rest in the knowledge that we became groomers because we share a love of dogs and enjoy working with them too. The goal at Hound Hair is to make your dog feel and look great while ensuring that are comfortable and safe. We do not use harsh techniques and take the time necessary to get it right. Under no circumstances will the dogs be sedated by us.

At Hound Hair we use only premium quality products, including Nature’s Specialties shampoo. It is 100% naturally-based, biodegradable, nontoxic & cruelty-free. We also use natural aqua based colognes by Smiley Dog which come in a variety of aromatic fragrances including Oatmeal & Almond, Chamomile & Lavender, Rosehip & Mango, Withazel & Strawberry, Coconut and Apple & Lemongrass.
