General Boarding:

Focus: Safe, comfortable, and fun environment while you're away. Includes supervised playtime (if appropriate), individual attention, feeding, and cozy accommodations.
Benefits: Ideal for well-socialized dogs needing a place to stay. Offers a relaxing break from their routine.
Best for: Well-behaved dogs not requiring significant behavioural training.

Stay & Train:

Focus: Boarding + twice-daily tailored training sessions.
Benefits: Addresses behavioural challenges, separation anxiety, improves obedience, and strengthens the owner-dog bond. Uses positive reinforcement for a fun learning experience.
Best for: Dogs with behavioural challenges, separation anxiety, puppies needing basic training, or owners wanting enhanced training.

Which is best?

It's been a while, so let me reintroduce myself!

I'm Steph, the owner and trainer behind Just4Fun Dog Training here in beautiful Albany Creek, Brisbane. I'm passionate about helping owners build strong, positive relationships with their dogs. Growing up around dog training instilled in me the importance of clear communication and understanding. I have 3 Border Collies (all trick and frisbee titled and one is deaf!), and we love sharing our knowledge and experience. We've even performed at Brisbane Festival, HOTA, and Eat Street! At Just4Fun, we believe training should be fun for both you and your dog, leading to a stronger bond and a happier life together. ❤️

CROSS PAWS TUTORIAL A few things are a bit different when training with her. The first is our markers. Markers are a very important part of training any dog. You can use a verbal marker "Yes" or a clicker. Since Kelsie is deaf we use a thumbs up as her marker. It's important to keep in mind that each dog learns differently and not every dog will allow you to hold their paw like Kelsie does so work with the dog in front of you and stick to luring your dog with a treat instead.
