🤶🎄🐾 Holiday Housekeeping Reminder
As the holiday season approaches, I’d like to take a moment to remind everyone of a few housekeeping items to ensure smooth and stress-free service for everyone:
1. Timely Invoice Payments
Please respect the due date on your invoices. While I understand it’s a busy season, it’s important that my time and work are valued. Payment on time ensures I can continue to provide the quality service you and your pets deserve.
2. Respond to Confirmation Texts
Please reply to my confirmation text by 1:00 PM the day before your appointment. If I don’t hear from you by then, your appointment will be canceled. This helps me keep my schedule organized and ensures I’m prepared to serve everyone efficiently.
3. Check Your Appointment Time
Double-check your scheduled appointment so you are home at the agreed-upon time. This applies both for when I arrive to pick up your dog and when I drop them off. If you know you won’t be available, please let me know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
4. Provide Access to Your Home
If you won’t be home, please leave the discussed access items, such as keys or codes, in the agreed location. Unfortunately, it’s not appropriate or safe for me to climb fences, enter through windows, or find alternative ways to access your dog.
5. Be Prompt at Drop-Off
If you are home, please ensure you’re ready to answer the door when I return your dog. Waiting outside for extended periods isn’t ideal for either of us, especially during wet weather!
