✨ 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 will also be available to purchase online through the same system where you access your client portal—keeping everything in one place.

🐾 Big Steps for Dudley! 🐾

Meet Dudley, the gentle giant Great Dane! We first met Dudley and his brother Walter a few years ago, and now we’re thrilled to have them back in our training program.

This time, we’re focusing on teaching Dudley how to walk calmly beside us instead of pulling ahead. It’s a big adjustment for such a big guy, but with patience, structure, and plenty of treat rewards delivered right at our waist, Dudley is making amazing progress!

Watching him learn and grow into a more confident, balanced dog is so rewarding. Here’s to more successful walks and a happy, enriched life for Dudley and his family! 💙🐾

🐾 Welcome Back, Walter! 🐾

We first met Walter, the spirited Dalmatian, and his gentle giant brother, Dudley the Great Dane, a few years ago. Now, we’re so excited to have them back with us!

This time, their mum brought them back to enrich and fulfill their lives while she’s at work. Together, we’re teaching Walter and Dudley how to walk nicely without pulling, manage their reactivity, and enjoy a more balanced, structured lifestyle.

It’s been an absolute joy watching these two thrive and helping them lead happier, more fulfilling lives. Here’s to making every day better for Walter, Dudley, and their amazing mum! 🖤🤍💙

🌟 Welcome, Mabel! 🌟

Say hello to Mabel, the a new to our client family! 🐾 Mabel is a gorgeous Border Collie puppy whose parents have invested in our five-pack of Excursions to help her explore new environments, build her confidence, and start generalizing her training.

This week, we kicked things off with her very first excursion—a fun-filled trip to the beach! 🌊🐾 Mabel absolutely loved exploring, showing off her passionate recalls, and going for a swim! Long line skills loading 😂 She embraced the new environment like a pro and had the best time soaking up the sunshine and salty air.

We’re so excited to guide Mabel on her journey and watch her grow into a confident, well-rounded pup. Stay tuned as she tackles new adventures and keeps us all smiling with her big personality! 💕

We’re looking for dog models and their amazing owners for an exciting X photo shoot!

📅 Date: Friday, 23rd February
⏰ Time: Early Morning
📍 Location: Petrie (exact spot disclosed to selected participants)

✨ What’s in it for you?
- Free professional photos of your dog to keep and share!
- A chance to showcase your pup's personality and style with their Snoot products
- Be part of an exciting collaboration with Snoot Services and Courtraits!

Requirements:
🐕 Dogs must have basic obedience skills (sit, stay, etc.)
🐾 Pups that are comfortable around other dogs (not highly reactive)
🛍️ Owners who can bring their Snoot retail products (must own at least two!)
📸 Dogs and owners must be comfortable being photographed

This is a public shoot, so your dog must be okay with some hustle and bustle.

☀️ Service Areas on Selected Days
- To optimise my time as a mobile business, I'll now be servicing regions of Brisbane on certain days as follows
• Tuesdays: Eastern Coastal Region
• Wednesdays: Northern Region
• Thursdays: Central-North Region
• Fridays: Western Region
• Saturdays: As Required
- Stop & Stays will be an exception to this

☀️ Surcharge on Saturdays
- Saturday sessions will now have a 20% service surcharge applied to them to help manage the high demand for weekend appointments. If you'd like to avoid the surcharge, I encourage you to consider weekday bookings where standard rates will continue to apply.

☀️ New Packages
- On our website, you will soon see new weekend packages available for clients booking Saturday sessions and weekday packages for clients booking Tuesday to Friday.
- If you'd like the flexibility of switching between a weekday and weekend session, I have also created packages that can be used any day Tuesday to Saturday for your convenience.

☀️ Rates on Closure Days and Public Holidays
- 1.5x service rates will apply on Sundays, Mondays and out of hours Tuesdays-Saturdays
- Double rates will apply on public holidays including New Years Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Labour Day, Kings Offical Birthday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day

☀️ Change to late fees
- Invoices overdue by 3 days will now incur a fee of $20 and an additional $30 at 7 days overdue. Every 7 days following this will incur a fee of $50
- Most clients pay their invoices on time, however some are consistently paying late almost 2 weeks after issue and 1 day before the late fee is applied so this change is being implemented to ensure invoices are paid by the due date.

For the first time ever, we’ll be taking a full break over Christmas to recharge and spend time with loved ones. 🎄✨

📅 Closure Dates:
We will be closed for all services and not responding to messages, from 21st December and will reopen on 7th January.

👋 Welcome to the Xena!

🐶 Xena has come to us to learn to be neutral around other dogs as she has a lot of feelings about them on leash, making it impossible for Steph to walk her during peak times of the day.

✨️ We're going to be teaching structured walking, installing new marker words and improving her response to cues so she listens first time instead of having commands repeated! We're also doing e-collar training to motivate Xena in her obedience and give clarity to her in various areas.

🫶 I look forward to seeing these guys again in the new year to see how they've been going with homework over the break and get stuck into regular sessions to reach their goals!!
