Job Description:

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:
• Assist customers with their pet-related needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Care for and interact with a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and small animals.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
• Perform daily tasks related to inventory management, stocking, and merchandising.
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of our pet store.

Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Previous experience working in a pet store or a similar animal-related role.
• Knowledge of various pet species and their care requirements.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Passion for animals and their well-being.
• Capable of lifting 20 kg bags and able to assist with stock unloading as needed.
• Possessing a forklift license is strongly preferred. If you do not currently hold one, you will be required to obtain it within the first two months of your employment.
