Today our front desk got a little extra cute- Nurse Rona's pup Rose came in for a "shift" at Reception for "Take Your Dog to Work Day (2025)" 🐾 🖥

Obviously, she was the Coworker of the Month! 🌟

“Hello!” from Herbert, who came in for a vaccination and check up. 👋🐾

This special boy has a condition called Heterochromia- two different coloured eyes! It happens when there’s a difference in melanin (pigment) between the eyes. It’s quite common in Frenchies like little Herbert, and is usually genetic and a harmless trait.

Maybe Herbert should star in a magazine, with those gorgeous eyes 🤎🩵

Men’s Health Week | 10–16 June

This week, we’re shining a light on men’s mental health - especially within the veterinary industry, where long hours, emotional strain, and the pressure to care for others can often lead to quiet struggles.

To our pet parents also- Whether it’s checking in on a colleague, friend, or family member, sharing your own story, or simply taking time for yourself. Small actions can make a big difference.

Let’s break the stigma, open conversations, and stand together for better mental health in vet med and beyond. 🐶🐱🐾

We are a family owned (non-corporate) and run small animal vet practice. We also offer a spacious cattery on the premises staffed by fully qualified vets and vet nurses. We provide multiple services include consultations, vaccinations, desexing, surgery, dentals, puppy preschool, free puppy and kitten health checks, cat boarding, nail clips, grooming, prescription diets, digital x-rays and ultrasound, microchipping, and blood testing.
