Bentley lives up to his luxury name and has the need for speed. He is a sweet goofball who loves to spend his day sitting or laying in the sun catching up on his tan. Bentley loves to play with ropes, flying discs and balls to show his real need for speed. He loves to play with his foster sister and then chill out with a cuddle on the couch together.

He is a big cuddlebug at heart and whilst he loves to get out and explore nature, he also would happily spend his day cuddled up on the couch or in bed watching a movie with you and your family. Bentley knows to turn on the charms and puppy dog eyes enough to get himself up on the couch with you and will always bury himself underneath your blankets... just be careful though, he can be a major blanket hogg!

Rip- He is a 8 month old, 20kg, Huntaway X. Rip is toilet trained and good with dogs, kids and cats. He is a working breed so will need some space to roam.

Rue- She is a 15 month old border collie x staffy. She is friendly with kids and dogs. Rue will need another dog in her foster home. She is toilet trained and 30kg.

Spud- He is a 2 year old, Rottweiler x. Spud has a heart defect so high intensity exercise needs to be minimal, gentle walks are best. He adores people, cats and other dogs and is toilet trained.

Dexter is the most affectionate and gentle soul. He loves nothing more than cuddling up with his people and is very gentle and calm with children. Dexters favourite place in the world is on the couch or his bed. On cold nights you can count on him to keep you and your family warm. He lives for belly rubs! Belly rubs are the best thing ever! Nala is a sweet little girl who adores attention and playing with other dogs. She loves all dogs both big and small and doesn't react even when other dogs are barking at her. She is very smart and is learning commands quite quickly, she is also coming along nicely with her lead and toilet training.

She is currently sharing her home with a cat and is completely unfazed. One of Nalas favorite things is to snuggle up on the sofa with the cat and her foster family, so she would love a home where she is allowed inside and included in activities with her family.

Introducing Cheriokee.

Currently known in his foster home as Vivi.

Vivi was not at all shy when he was brought into a new foster home with other kittens. It was love at first site for everyone. Within an hour, himself and four other kittens were running around like they have been friends for ages, even though they were much bigger than him, he did not shy away.

Vivi is just pure sweetness, very curious about everything and never likes to sleep alone, you’ll always find him snuggled up with either his foster carers or one of his foster siblings.

He is extremely playful, and especially loves the toys that have bells in them. He has grown up around 5 other cats, one of which is a lot older and not that friendly, and he has been more than respectful towards the older cat.

Even though he has grown up with many other cats, he is also very independent!

Vivi is VERY affectionate, and loves to kiss your face, and cuddle all day long if you let him. He has been around a toddler, and initially will be abit shy, but it did not take him long to warm up at all!

Hi there, I am a medium size female German shepherd cross, 1 year old.
I am a bundle of joyful energy. I love to play with doggy toys and with my foster doggy brother. I am REALLY GOOD at travelling quietly in the car and am always ready for an adventure to the park or on family outings.

I love my snuggles on the lounge of an evening with my humans. Then, I am happy to relax and chill out. I am an easy-going gal! I am happy to sleep in my crate, though won’t say no to keeping you company on the bed! As you can see, I love life!

I am very smart, loyal and love to please. I can sit, wait at the door, wait to cross the road and I walk well on lead with a halti or slip lead. I respond well to treat training. I LOVE my treats! I am being socialised regularly with walks in the local park where there is so much happening! I need someone who will continue my training and provide me with structure and boundaries in my life.

I am an inside/outside dog. I would love a human/s who could take me to work with them, or who are home a lot. I think I would REALLY LIKE a doggy sibling to keep me company during the day. I have grown up with kids around me though am better with older kids as they can take me for walks and give me hugs. Carlos is a beautiful young boy who loves nothing more than to be by your side receiving pats. He has an abundance of energy and loves playing with toys by himself as well as bringing them over to play fetch or tug. He is a clever pup who needs someone who can commit to teaching him what is right and wrong and who is able to give him plenty of exercise to keep his mischievous puppy behaviours at bay. Rue is a very friendly dog she gets along with humans of all ages and dogs of all sizes being very gentle with small dogs. She's very well natured and super sweet.

She does need a home with at least one other dog otherwise she can suffer from anxiety but currently living as an outside dog with 4 other dogs and settling into that life very well.

She does need a good sized backyard and regular exercise as she is still young and a very energetic dog so would suit someone wanting a running or hiking buddy. Could also benefit from some obedience training but currently walking well on the lead and knows basic commands

Zorro certainly lives up to his name. He is so energetic, always playing with his siblings and loves his cat tower.

Zorro is an energiser bunny! He is always on the go! He would thrive in a household where there are kids to play with him. He has been around children before and has been exceptional with them!

When Zorro has his zoomies not a lot will stop him from doing his laps, which can make him blind sided to other animals in the house that may not like him as much! But he has never retaliated, and will continue to mind his business and act like nothing has happened.

This goofy, independent boy will never stray from a cuddle, especially once he is winding down. He loves to snuggle, whether it’s with his foster carers or his siblings.

I love my people, especially the little ones (I'm oh so gentle). After a big day of playing with my dog friends I love to snuggle on the sofa and watch TV with my human friends.

I would love a home that has another big dog that I could play with so I don't get bored. I also need proper 6 ft fencing so I don't try to go find more dog friends!

Meet the fluffiest boy - Sanji 🐾

Sanji loves two things - cuddles & food.

He is so food driven, and can hear his biscuit packet opening from anywhere in the house. You better be sure to be quick to have his food ready, as he will talk your ear off until he has his food.

He is the sweetest boy, and always making people laugh! Randomly enough, loves to roll around with shoes but doesn’t chew them..

He was the first one out of his litter to embrace their foster carers, and the others followed shortly after.

He has grown up with his siblings and an older cat. He doesn’t have a lot of spacial awareness, so he has found himself at the end of a swipe from the older cat before, but never retaliates.

He truly is just the sweetest boy, and deserves to find his forever home! He will be a personality missed around his current foster home.

STOP LOOKING 👀 as you have found your New Mexican best friend - Burrito! 🙌 With his cute white chin, white socks and one wispy eyebrow this stunning kitten is a dream pet you HAVE to meet 🥰

Burrito is confident, curious and loves to curl up on your lap (or chest) purring away in blissful slumber. He loves to play “sneak attack” out of his tunnel, loves playing with the water from the tap, and generally zoomie around the house looking for someone to entertain him!

He is friendly and tolerant of dogs and other kittens and would love a playmate. Buritto is very affectionate and loves pats all over and will chat in the morning when he is ready for his breakfast!

With her striking blue eyes, gorgeous white fluffy coat and cute flame tipped ears Autumn is certainly a beautiful girlie!

Although a little shy at first, once Autumn has had some time to settle into her new abode she enjoys to max relax in a sunny spot and to follow her humans around like a little shadow.

She had a rough start before her arrival into rescue, she was found as a stray on the street with severe injuries to one of her hind legs, she was handed into a rural clinic where she entered our care and received all the treatment she needed. She is now ready for second chance!

Autumn loves human engagement and will be first to greet you when you get home from work (even if it’s just for a pat and to remind you it’s meal time..)

Although she is happy to co-exist with her foster feline brother she does make her boundaries known via a little growl if he gets too close, and seems to prefer humans over cat companions.

Autumn is a total smooch and loves sleeping close by and sharing the bed with her humans at night (her favourite spot is on the pillow right next to your head).

He deserves to find his forever/foster home rather than sleep at the kennels another night more 😪 🏡 Julius is one of the happiest dogs you could ever hope to meet. He looks big and tough, but just wait till you see him snuggling up with teddy on his bed and sucking on his blankey. He's very much a gentleman and will wait for you to walk through a door or gate before him. Julius is an obedient dog with a great repertoire of tricks to show off. He can actually ring a bell to let you know it's time for his dinner! Julius is loyal - once you are one of his people he will follow you to the ends of the earth. He is shy when it comes to meeting new people and doesn't want to be best friends straight away but it doesn't take too long to win this boy over. He would be best suited to an adult home. Julius has epilepsy that is well controlled with medication. It's not difficult to manage but he will likely require lifelong medication. Julius loves to play with other dogs but because of his epilepsy needs to be the only dog in your home. Julius is currently staying at kennels because we don't have a suitable foster home available for him. He would love more than anything to find his happily ever after. ❌‼️EMERGENCY FUNDS NEEDED FOR TEEN MUM‼️❌ We recently were asked by a rural pound if we could urgently rescue a 5 month old cat who was not only on death row… but also heavily pregnant!! This sweet cat, just a baby herself, not even 6 months old, was about to give birth in a pound where her life was already on the line as her stray time was up. Thankfully one of our amazing foster carers lived near the rural pound and was able to go and get her straight away! She took her straight to a partner vet for an ultrasound and x-ray and sure enough this little cat was full of unborn kittens! Given her tiny size and young age, we were very worried about her birth… She started to go into labour on Friday night, and we were relieved when the first 2 kittens were born without too much drama. Sadly things went downhill from there… there was a huge break between the next 2 kittens being born and then after kitten #4 came out it was clear something was very wrong!! This poor little mum was trying her best but her carer (who was also thankfully a vet nurse) knew that she needed urgent vet assistance as the last baby was not budging. By this time it was 1am… so she was rushed to the nearest emergency vet who agreed that our little mumma needed an emergency c-section as her last kitten was well and truly stuck!! Putting her life and her unborn baby’s life at risk if nothing was done, we agreed for the emergency surgery to take place immediately! This has given us an instant and unexpected bill of $2,000 that we desperately need to cover ASAP! Thankfully our amazing vet surgeon with the assistance of our foster carer vet nurse, delivered the last baby and saved little mummas life. Mumma is learning fast how to care for her 5 precious babies and we are so grateful she didn’t have to go through this alone in the pound as who knows what would have happened to them all if this emergency unfolded there!!
