We know it’s been difficult to get in touch with us and book appointments lately. As many of you know, Sophie has recently left for a new adventure, and while we miss her greatly, we wish her all the best on this exciting new journey!
Unfortunately the grooming industry is currently facing challenges. With the rise of home salons and no formal certification requirements, it has become harder for established, professional salons like ours to attract experienced groomers. As a result, we’re currently operating at a reduced capacity, not even close to where we’d like to be. We are actively searching for new groomers to bring us back to our full potential and continue delivering the high-quality service you’ve come to expect.
In light of these challenges, and following our recent soundproofing renovations to stay in our current location, we will be implementing a slight price increase starting in 2025. This will help us continue offering the best care for your pets in a comfortable and professional environment.
We kindly ask for your patience during this time, as there may be a delay of a few days in responding to calls and messages due to our current workload and unfortunately I’ve had to postpone my hospital treatment to focus on the salon’s needs, so your understanding and support truly mean the world to us.
