It's official, the quarterly lot numbers are here for Queensland and the fastest growing area by schemes is... The Sunshine Coast! Growing by a whopping 3.14% since this time last year with 150 new schemes, will the Sunshine Coast be the most popular place for strata in 2021?

Coming in second place for growth was... Toowoomba! With 2.3% growth and 47 new schemes, it seems that more Queenslanders are moving west than ever before!
